These pumps are designed to solve the problems caused by mechanical seals, stuffing box glands, internal bearings, and dry running in all types of centrifugal process pumps.

Vertical Glandless Pumps have a similar hydraulic design as the centrifugal conventional pump, with the difference that it is designed in the vertical position. Liquid from the suction line passes through the impeller to the discharge line with the required flow and head/pressure, while the excess liquid enters the rear plate cover and is diverted back to the mother tank through overflow outlet arrangements. Hence, the design offers a complete solution to gland-related issues. The motor assembly is also protected against damages due to leakage of liquid. Glandless pumps ensure excellent performance while handling corrosive and hazardous chemicals.
