Chemtrol’s Horizontal Centrifugal Chemical Process Pumps have a single-stage, horizontal end suction design with semi-open impellers. Semi-open impellers are used in applications where liquids, solids, or a tendency to polymerize or crystallize are present. The foot-mounted volute casing allows easy maintenance by back pull-out design, allowing the driving assembly to be removed without disrupting pipe connections.

  • In Gland Pack Pump Impeller is keyed on shaft with hydraulically controlled impeller nut ensuring positive locking. Renewable shaft sleeves available in wide range to suit service specifications.
  • Casing design having a single volute with contoured discharge, ensuring a smooth flow with high efficiency

Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps are used in pumping corrosive, abrasive, organic and inorganic liquids in Chemical, Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Sugar, Pharmaceutical, Pulp and Paper, Automobile, Food and Beverages, Water and Waste Water, Mining Process, Textile, Dyes and Intermediate, Electro chlorination, ZLD as well as other process industries. They are most suitable for the processing and transferring of HCL, NaCl, Dilute H2SO4, Nitric Acid, Caustic, Sea Water, Wet Gas Scrubbers, Vacuum Ejectors, Effluents, RO Reject, Descaling Chemicals, Picking/Plating Chemicals, Cyanide, etc.
